What types of businesses do you work with?

I primarily support residential and commercial service businesses; such as, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, and similar type businesses that require heavy field work.

What services do you provide?

I provide administrative and operations support including customer communication, scheduling, estimate follow-up, invoice follow-up, calendar management, and dispatch assistance.

Do I need specific software?

No.  I can work with a variety of systems and we can discuss your processes during consultation. I tailor my support to fit your business — not the other way around.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is based on the level of support needed and will be discussed during your consultation. This ensures you only pay for what your business actually requires.

What services are not included?

At this time, my services do not include tax preparation, payroll administration, HR management, and cold calling for outbound marketing campaigns.

Is this a subscription or long term contract?

No. Support is scoped based on your business needs. Some clients prefer ongoing monthly support, while others need short-term or project-based help.
